At Bioracer, we are committed to your performance and comfort; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We strive to make the return process as streamlined as our aerodynamic apparel so you can get back to your ride.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the cycling apparel you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all technical tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
